Refund Policy

For Customized Cakes

• 50% will be refunded if order is canceled before 72 hours of delivery.
• 25% will be refunded if order is cancelled before 24 hours of delivery.
• No refund if order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery time

For Signature Cakes

• 25% will be refunded if order is cancelled within 20 minutes of order placement
• No refund if order is cancelled after 20 minutes of order placement.

Our Products or some of the ingredients used may contain or may have been prepared near common allergens such as but not limited to : Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Flour, Gluten, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts / all types of nut products, Strawberries / all types of berries
